beautiful roses for Mother’s Day, the Market at the Square opens tomorrow, the students are leaving, the new walking path in Morrissey Park, Linens ‘n Things not closing, Alto Vineyards’ Music Under the Vines (season starts this weekend), a baby/maternity/kids garage sale, and did I mention that the students are leaving?

I am so excited that the students are leaving! There was so much traffic on North Prospect tonight. Hopefully they were all making a quick exit!
Too bad we can’t have the university without the students

I plan on staying far, far away from Campustown this weekend.
We’ll hit the Market next week.

Make sure y’all stop by the City tent at the Market and say hello!
I hope you made it out today - the weather was absolutely stellar, and the turnout fantastic. It was totally festive and wonderful. YAY!

Amen on the students leaving. At least the undergrads. I guess I’m not leaving, but I sure like it when the other ones leave.

I have nothing against *most* students. It is just a different world when this town empties out, and it makes for a nice, relaxing summer. And Jenna is right, it’s our turn to enjoy the amenities of Campustown.

On-campus lunches! Yay!

The students might be mostly harmless but we aren’t.
I’m ready for a lunch jaunt down to campus

kp, the hostility isn’t toward individual students, but rather the general 30,000 student mass and the crowdedness it causes. And I hate to break it to you, but if you are staying the summer, you ARE a cu resident. You’ll soon see what we are talking about.
